Palette knife painting is my preference. By the angle of the stroke and the mix of paint it represents the harshness, aggression, and danger in nature, and with another slant and swish: the fragility of petals!

My Sanctuary is an evolving, narrative series born in the quiet isolation of my Southbroom studio. While the coastal elements of sea, sand, and sky ground my work, this collection ventures far beyond traditional landscapes. Here, I explore the profound journey of humankind, weaving together threads of geography, history, and science. Each canvas serves as a visual storybook detailing our shared evolutionary path and the awakening of human consciousness. This series is an invitation into my sacred creative space, where light and deep reflection merge to map the timeless story of our existence.
Nearly 40 years of life interrupted my desire to paint.
