Juvenile caracal have pale eyes.

Caracal are solitary animals native to Africa. They are capable of aerial acrobatic jumps to catch birds. They can catch many at a time.

The expression ‘to put a cat among the pigeons’ comes from tame caracal used in ancient arenas to catch pigeons, while patrons gambled.
