Whispers of Fynbos

Close your eyes, clear your head try think of nothing. The wind is blowing through the fynbos. It’s a salty wind from the ocean. It picks up bits of sand and loose leaves and tosses them about. It’s a dance. It whispers, delicately to the plants as it guides and moves the blooms. It plays with your hair and whips your hat off, tumbling it down the beach.
